摘要
鹰鼻是一种较为常见的鼻部畸形,其表现不仅鼻梁部有角度突起,且鼻宽而长,鼻梁不直,鼻尖长而下垂,对患者的容貌有较大的影响。随着人们生活水平的提高。近来要求手术治疗的人逐渐增多,教科书对该畸形的手术方法虽有介绍,但国内文献尚未见报导。两年来,作者采用Joseph氏法为4例鹰鼻患者进行了整复,取得了较好的效果。本文介绍了手术方法,并对术中注意事项及并发症的预防进行了讨论。
Humpnose is the common nose deformity which shows not only the dorsum ofnose rises high but also the nose is wide and long, t he dorsum of nose is not straight, the tip of nose is long and prolapes, and has great influleance on thepatient's appearances. As the improement of the living standards of the people,more and more people want to be operated. Although the text books introduce theoperating method of nose deformity, there is still no report in China. In recent twoyears the author uses Josepgh Method to reconstruct for 4 cases of nose deformityand the effect is good. This paper introduces the operating method and discusses thecautions during the operating as well as the prevention of complication.
