摘要
本文通过局部应用甲硝哇栓治疗30例干槽症患者,并观察其临床疗效。术前牙槽窝内容物细菌涂片.以G^-杆菌感染为主。方法是在局麻下行牙槽窝搔刮、冲洗,并置入甲硝哇栓1—2粒,术后24小时后,疼痛症状明显缓解,拔牙创面于一周内愈合。作者认为局部应用甲硝唑栓是治疗干槽症的简便而有效的措施。
30 Cases of dry socket treated by local application of metronidazole werereported. The germs in the socket was chiefly G- bacillus on smears Under localanesthesia, 1 - 2plug of metronidazole were put into the dry sockets. The painreleased notably after 24 thours. The wound of tooth extraction was healed in 7days. This result suggested that the plug of metronidazol was a convenient andeffective approach in the treatment of dry socket.
