荨麻疹、湿疹的红细胞免疫功能探讨

摘要 本文对56例湿疹、荨麻疹患者的RBC—C3b受体花环率及 RBC—IC花环率进行测定,显示正常对照组与湿疹、荨麻疹的RBC—C3b受体花环率差异无显著性,P>0.05;与RBC—IC花环率差异有显著性,P<0.05。不同类型的湿疹、荨麻疹其RBC—C3b受体花环率及RBC—2C花环率均无显著性差异;而治疗前后患者其RBC—IC花环率明显下降,差异有显著性。说明红细胞免疫功能在荨麻疹、湿疹的发病机理上起着重要作用。 The nate of red cell C3b receptor and rate of red cell IC of 56 patients of eczemaand urticonis have been investigated. The result shows that there is no signif icantdifference in rate of red cell C3b receptor between the normal group and the group ofeczema and urticaris (P>0. 05). There is significant difference is rate of red cell IC(P<0. 05). The rate of red cell C3b receptor and red cell IC in different types ofeczema and urticaris are not significantly different. While the rate of red cell ICdecreased Obviously after theatment compared with that before treatment. Thedifference is significant. This indicates that RBC immune function playsan importantrole on pathogenetic machanism of urticanis and eczema.
