摘要
本文采用反相高效液相色谱紫外检测尿中多胺的含量。选择正常健康 36人作为对照组,测得尿中多胺总量平均值为2.15±0.44(mg/24h),多胺与肌酐总量比值为1.85±0.54。另外对各种恶性肿瘤102例作了测定,多胺总量平均值为4.32±0.34(mg/24h)。多胺与肌酐总量比值3、67±0.35,有显著性差异P<0.01。观察组经有效治疗后多胺下降,复发时多胺又升高。
