摘要
本文报告以麻疹减毒活疫苗治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎30例,设对照组30例。近期疗效观察(5—8周),麻苗组治愈27例(90％);对照组治愈12例(40％)。随访8—12年,麻苗组24例,有4例复发(16％);对照组22例,有16例复发(73％)。提示?疹减毒活疫苗连续注射后,可较长时期诱生干扰素或其它非特异性免疫反应,使麻苗组复发率明显低于对照组。
In the observation of the effectiveness of measles vaccine in the treatment ofherpetic keratitic in 30 cases. The complete rtcovery rate was 90% (27/30), and therecurrese rate in 8-12 years was 16 % (4/24). In the control group, also 30 cases,treated without measles vaccine, the recovery rate was 73% (16/22). Thesedemonstrated that the effect of measles vaccine may be due to induction of inter-feron rormation or other nonspecific immunelogical mechanisms.
