摘要
木文报道临床诊断病毒心肌炎,经咽拭液分离病毒,双份血清中和抗体4倍升高,再用COX B_(1-6)型标准血清鉴定为阳性者 65例。另设对照组40例。两组均用动态心电图24小时描记显示,室性早搏的61.54％,其中平行收缩型室早87.5％,频发多源性室早10％,二平,三联室早2.5％,室速占15.38％,房早47.9％,窦速64.52％,以上两组 P<0.01。ST—T改变两组差异亦非常显著 P<0.01。
