Ti-15Mo合金试样在70℃,4mol HCl中,不同电位下恒电位阳极极化,使用等离子质谱(ICP-MS)方法分析试验溶液。结果表明,试验溶液中Mo贫乏,由此推测在试样表面形成的阳极钝化膜中Mo发生富集。Mo的富集系数Z(M_o)达到0.61。不同极化电位对Mo富集程度影响不大。
Samples of Ti-15Mo alloy, prepared for use on the investigation of passive film, were passivated at 70℃ in 4 mol HCl solutions at potentials of 200mV and 50 mV(SCE) for 24 h. The test solutions were analysed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Source Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results showed that M_ois depleted in the test solutions and there fore the enrichment of this element sould be expected in the passive film. The selectivity coefficient of Mo (Z(Mo) was about 0.61 affter 24 h polarization test. The difference of passivating potentials had no obvious influence on Z(Mo).
