兔髂股动脉血栓溶解的实验研究——人体组织型纤溶酶原激活剂和尿激酶的比较

摘要 本文用尿激酶(UK)和人体组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)进行了兔髂股动脉血栓实验性溶解的对照研究。结果表明,t-PA的溶栓效果远较UK显著(37.5%对75%)(P<0.01),由于t-PA对血栓中的纤维蛋白原有一定的选择性作用,引起循环血液中的纤维蛋白原的下降不如UK明显。故t-PA是一种效果较好、治疗剂量时较为安全的溶栓剂。 The thrombolytic effect was compared between urokinase (UK) and human tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) in rabbits with experimental iliofemoral artery thrombus. The results proved that the effectiveness of clot lysis was significantly higher with t-PA than with UK (37.5% versus 75% P<0.01). Decrease of fibrinogen in circulating blood induced by t-PA was less than that induced by UK, due to specific clot thrombolysis of t-PA. Therefore, t-PA is considered as a more effective and safer thrombolytic agent.
