支气管哮喘患者外周血单核细胞内cAMP-PDE活力的观察

OBSERVATION ON THE cAMP-PHOSPHODIESTERASE ACTIVITY IN PERIPHERAL BLOOD MONONUCLEAR LEUKOCYTES OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA PATIENTS

作者检测了22例支气管哮喘患者(其中外源性17例,内源性5例)外周血单核细胞内cAMP-PDE活力。结果示:(1)支气管哮喘患者cAMP-PDE活力显著增高,外源性哮喘与内源性哮喘相比酶活力改变无显著差异;(2)cAMP-PDE与血清IgE间无相关性:(3)酶活力改变与疾病严重程度有关。

cAMP-phosphodiesterase activities of peripheral blood mononuclear leukocytes in 22 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) were measured. Seventeen of the BA patients were of exogenous type and 5 endogenous type. The results showed: (1) phosphodiesterase activity was significantly elevated in BA and no significant difference was found between the exogenous and endogenous BA; (2) cAMP-phosphodiesterase activity did not correlate with the serum IgE levels; and (3) phosphodiesterase activity correlated with the severity of the disease.
