摘要
对高达10~5g冲击校准技术做了探讨。依照ISO/5347—2标准的光切割法原理并采用气炮装置,使校准上限可达10~5g,校准加速度脉冲持续时间为100μs,校准不确定度可达到±5%.这种校准下限也可做到10~2g量级。
A technic of shock calibration up to 105 was inquired into. According to the principle of light cutting from the standard ISO/5347-2, using the equipment of gas gun, the upper limit of the calibration has reached 105g, a continuous time for calibrating acceleration pulse was 100μs and the incertainty of the calibration reached ±5%. At the some time, the lower limit of this calibration method can reach the order of 102g.
