摘要
GY型除垢剂的主要成分是氨基碳酸,其余属盐溶于水对碳酸盐、硫酸盐和硅酸盐都有溶解作用。主要介绍了用本除垢剂进行煮炉除垢的工艺和效果。实践表明,用本除垢剂煮炉,可保证锅炉的安全,可在短时间内将水垢完全清除,操作简便,所需燃料少,费用比用盐酸化学法的低6000元/台。
The main component of GY type scale removal agent is amino sulphonic acid. Water solution of it's metallic salts can dissolve salts of cabonate, sulfate and silicate. Technology and effect of this GY type detergent used in boiler are introduced. It shows that the boiler safety can be guaranteed and the boiler scale can be completely removed within a short time. It is convenient to use and needs less fuel. The cost is less than the use of hydrochloric acid chemicals by 6000 yuan per boiler.
