摘要
为了能全产白砂糖,应用了丙糖回溶上浮澄清工艺。文中介绍了该工艺的流程、主要技术指标、特点和生产应用效果。生产实践表明,该工艺不但工艺和设备的流程简单、投资省、消耗低和应用方便,而且提高产品白砂糖质量和糖分收回明显。认为该工艺,对提高甘蔗糖厂的经济效益有一定的现实意义,具有较好的推广应用前景。
In order to produce solely white sugar, technology of treating C-sugar remelt by floatation clarification was practiced. The flow diagram, main technical specifications and results of the process are described. It has been shown that the technology is not only simple in flow diagram and equipments, investment and cost are also low. Quality of the white sugar and sucrose recovery are apparently high. It is recognized that the technology would be promising in increasing the economical gains of the sugar factories, hence good prospect in promotion.
