摘要
已经开发出几种新类型滤色器制造工艺,光刻法制造滤色器的工艺最成功。色料分散在光刻胶中的工艺也常使用。另外,还在研究用电镀法和印刷法制造滤色器。色料分散法制造的滤色器,有较高的光灵敏度,良好的色对比度,抗热、抗光、抗化学试剂的性能亦佳,现已大量用于生产。
Manufacturing processes for several types of new color filter have been de- veloped world widely.Among them the photoligraphic process is the best.Pigment dis- persed in photoresist is also used.Other methods including electrode position and printing are being investigated.
