摘要
通过实地考察,介绍美国、日本和欧洲的液晶显示技术,着重叙述有源矩阵液晶显示技术、制备关键工艺、新型液晶显示器件的并发以及夏普公司在LCD领域中的领先水平。
LCD technologies in U. S., Japan and Europe are presented based on the visitation. AMLCD thchnologies, some fabrication methods of LC cell and new advance in LCD are reviewed. Sharp's leading position in the field of LCD is well reflected.
