模拟发电机组微机在线测控系统

摘要 阐述了研制模拟发电机组微机在线测控系统的必要性,测量原理,硬件结构,软件设计特点,主要功能和实验结果。试运行表明:本系统综合测试功能强、精度高、设计新颖、结构简单、操作和维护方便。不仅可测量发电机的稳态电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、励磁电流、功率因数、功角、转速并对几端电压电流进行谐波分析;还可在故障状态下,在线记录故障前后的各电气量,并用动态分析软件对所记录的电气量、转矩、扭应力及疲劳寿命等进行分析计算;它还能在模拟机组上模拟各种故障,培训运行人员。对所测各量均能实现在线测量、显示和打印。 This paper proposes the principal of measurement, the fealures of hardware and software of the M&C system. Main functions aredemonstrated by tests. It is shown that the system is comprehensive in measurement, high in accuracy, new in design, simple in structure and convenient in operation and maintenance. It can not only measureterminal voltages, currents, active and reactive power, power angle, excitation current and rotation speed, but also record all the electrical quantities during faults. The above quantities and machencical torque and fatigue life can be studied by danamic analyzer software package, and various faults for the alternator can be simulated by the system proposed.
