摘要 作者采用自制手指延长器,通过缓慢牵伸延长,治疗30例54个缺损手指,平均延长2.2cm。本法操作简单、安全、局部仅残留一线状疤痕,保留原残指皮肤结构,术后外形及功能满意。由于骨膜随之延长,二期植骨后愈合快,远期效果可靠。 Self-made traction device has been used for lengthening of 54 deficient fingers in 30 cases since 1985. The phalangeal or metacarpal bone was transected and tracted with Steinmann's pins mounted on a traction device. After daily increasing the distance between pins for 2-3 weeks, an iliac bone was grafted between the bone fragmets. Several fingers could be lengthened at the same time. The mean length increase was 2.2 cm. After a follow-up of 3-36 months, all the tracted bones had bony union; the fingers had good local circulation, perfect digital tip sensation and satisfactory contour. As the periosteum was tracted and lengthened simultaneously with skin, the bone graft healed fast and long term efficacy was reliable.
