介绍了斜流叶轮和蜗壳的设计方法,比较了不同方法的某些计算结果,并对3-99风机作了模型试验.
The design methods for a diagonal flow fan with a volute are described. For the meridian surface of the fan impeller, no iteration is needed for calculating the meridian parameters, nor is it necessary to calculate both the meridian parameters and meridian contour at the same time. For the rotating surface, a design is made using slip factors or cascade test data. Experimental results of the type 3-99 fan show that the performance of fans designed with the methods proposed is satisfactory.
