摘要
根据流面倾斜的三维轴流式风机内部流动控制模型进行了流型优化分析,提出了以K值为控制变量的最佳控制旋涡与流型的计算方法.对五种不同K值旋绕规律变化的工作轮与风机进行试验研究结果表明,这种方法理论分析结果与试验数据符合较好,适用于任意内外边界形状的轴流式风机,具有较广的适应性与实用性.
Based on the internal flow control equations for axial flow fans with an arbitrary inclined flow surface, an optimization analysis of the flow distribution and calculation method of the optimum control vortex with value K as a control variable is presented. The flow diagram and the computation results are given for test fans with five impellers of different K' s. Experimental results and theoretical calculations of the test fans show that the method proposed is feasible, and the range of the optimum control variable is: Kopt=0. 7 to 0. 9. A series of fans based on sample test results have been designed and put into production.
