The Formation and Deposit of Fume and the Analog Computation

摘要 从分析灰炱形成的机理出发,讨论了燃煤锅炉中飞灰沉积(包括粘污和结渣),尤其是初始沉积形成的复杂过程,并通过对燃烧系统的热力学计算,预报了煤中各类矿物质的蒸发、反应、凝聚以及灰炱的生成过程,得到了与实测值相一致的结果. Based on the mechanism of the formation of fume, the ash deposit, especially the initial deposit including fouling and slag, is discussed. Thermodynamic calculation for predicting the behavior, evaporation, reaction and condensation of various mineral substances in coal and the formation of fume has been carried out. Calculated results are in agreement with those by experiment.
