气水反冲洗技术在虹吸滤池中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 虹吸滤池采用气水反冲洗存在着滤池分格和虹吸控制两方面问题,尤以后者更为突出。本文从虹吸滤池基本工艺特点出发,在保持自助冲洗条件下,将虹吸控制改为压板阀气动控制,实现了水冲与气冲的灵活交替操作,并结合已投产四年的丹东大东港水厂的设计及运行实践,介绍了气动控制系统和气水反冲洗系统的原理与构造。该种压板阀滤池工作周期达24小时以上,出水浊度保持在2度以下。 The determination of filter compartment and especially the siphon control are the two main problems in the application of gas-water backwash in siphon filters.Basing on the principle working characteristics of the filter,this paper points out that under the condition of automatic backwash kept,the adoption of gas control with grip-plate valve instead of siphon control can realize a flexible operation of alternative backwash of gas and water.With Dadong Port water works which has been operated for 4 years as an example,the principles and construction of the gas control system and the gas-water backwash system are introduced.It is shown that the filter run can last more than 24 hours and the effluent turbidity can be less than 2 degree.
