城市污水排海工程中预处理厂设计

THE DESIGN OF MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER PRETREATMENT PLANTS FOR COASTAL DISCHARGE

在城市污水排海工程预处理厂的设计中,根据预处理目标,要考虑到排放口允许排放的砂粒直径、污水中油类物质的处理、格栅栅渣的处置、排放口海潮潮位标高的确定、环境保护措施等诸方面。主要预处理构筑物一般采用格栅、沉砂池、沉淀池等。国内外实践证明,城市污水在一定条件下经预处理后排海不失为一种经济、有效、安全的污水处置方法。

To design the municipal wastewater pretreatment plants for coastal discharge ,the following factors should be taken into account in order to reach the desired requirement,i.e.the permitted solid waste size for the discharge opening,the treatment of grease,the disposal of screenings,the tide level at discharge opening and the measures taken for environmental protection.The main structures usually considered are screens,grit tanks and settling basin.It is recognized from the practice both domestic and abroad that the coastal discharge of the municipal wastewater after pretrearment would be an economical,effective and safe disposal way under appropriate conditions.
