紫金山虹吸滤池改造浅析

摘要 紫金山虹吸滤池原设计的小阻力滤板开孔率及尼龙网的铺设都不符合规范要求。本文介绍了该滤池在保持原有建筑结构不变的情况下,采用在滤板上镶嵌塑料套管,重新铺设支承层等措施,使滤池的运行滤速提高了3m/h,运行周期提高了8h。 The original design of the syphon filters in Zhijinshan proved not to meet with the code in the perforation ratio of the low water head loss filter plate and the laying of the nylon net.The renovation of the filters described in this paper includes rimming the plate with plastic tubes and relaying the support layers with the filter structure remaining unchanged.As a result, the filtraton velocity was increased by 3m/s and the filtration run by 8 hours.
