新型容积式换热器的选择与设计

SELECTION AND DESIGN OF A NEW KIND OF VOLUMETRIC HEAT EXCHANGER

文中阐述了容积式换热器的特点及传统设备存在的问题;并以科研开发、工程实用、调试运行等的实践经验介绍了设计选用容积式换热器时值得注意的传热系数、换热面积等技术参数和设备材质等问题;还提出在设计选用中可以适当缩短贮热时间来充分发挥新型容积式换热器的效益。

This paper describes the characteristics of volumetric heat exchanger and the problems found in the conventional equipments.Based on research,development and commissioning,the author points out that attentions should be paid to heat tranfer coefficient, heating area and some other technological parameters,and equipment materials should be taken into consideration too.It is also suggested that benefit of the new volumetric heat exchanger will be more obvious if the heat storage time is appropriately shortened.
