水价制定方法的研究

STUDY ON THE METHODOLOGY TO DRAWING UP THE PRICE OF WATER

本文以城市供水企业的还贷和适当盈利要求为出发点,同时考虑逐年供水费用的变化,提出了能体现资金的时间价值和市场经济特点的水价动态计算方法,并对分类水价、峰谷水价和季节水价作了探讨。

Taken into account of the repayment capability and profit requirement of the urban water supply enterprise,also the annual variance of water fee,a dynamic calculating method, which reflects the features of market economy and timebase cost of the investments was developed for water price formulation.The classified price,peak-to-peak price and seasonal price also had been discussed in this paper.
