摘要
通过分析籼粳稻亲本及其 F_1和 F_2花时和石碳酸反应的差异,结果表明,F_2中出现了三种花时不同的个体,石碳酸反应与此有相类似的趋势.即籼型反应的个体占多数,表现了籼型反应的显性作用;粳型反应的个体占少数,同时出现了部分中间型个体.因此,对花时进行遗传改造是可能的.
The variability and segregation of the flowering time and reaction to phenol is ana-lysed in a genetic experiment involving the F_1 and F_2 from the cross between Ce64 (O.sativa indica) and 02428 (O.sativa japonica) and both parents.The segregation pattern inF_2 shows that both traits are controling by a complex genetic rule and the performancecharacterized by Ce64 seems to be dominant to that characterized by 02428.Therecombination phenotype appeared in F_2 suggests the possibility to transform the flow-ering time in indicea into japonica type.
