图论方法在计算工艺尺寸链上的应用

本文应用图论理论建立混合树图构成若干个封闭廓线,且选择其中适当者作为工艺尺寸链。可方便,清晰的分析与研究设计尺寸,加工余量,工序尺寸及公差之间的关系。尤其当若干个尺寸链相关联时,此法有明显的优越性。本文还提出了建立二顶相交的概念去分析和计算有位置精度的工艺尺寸链问题。

In this paper, the mixed tree graph obtained by graph theory constitutes several closed profiles.The relations among design dimension, process redundancy, working procedure dimensions and tolerance can be analized and studied clearly and easily by selecting suitabla one in these closed profiles as techonological dimension chain.Especially when some dimension chains are interrelated, the procedure here has obvious advantage.Also the concept of two vertexes intersected is proposed to analine and calculate the techonologicical dimcvsion chain with position precision.
