摘要
本文通过对实际生产馏酒情况的实验剖析,研究了甲醇在白酒蒸馏时的特殊规律。指出:采用缓慢蒸馏时,甲醇在酒身末尾出现浓度高峰,摘除这部分酒可以降低产品中甲醇的量;采用快火蒸馏时,甲醇在酒头及酒身有较广泛的分布,不易去除。
By means of analyzing the component of distillation, the distillation law of the mathanol is studied. and some important viewpoints are suggested.
Which is as fallows. 1 The distillation feature of the mathanol is elate to alcohol consistency in the solid fermented mass and the operation situation. 2 Ordinarily when distillation rate is slow, the mathanol consistency peak appears at the end of the liquor body. Taking out the peak, the mathanol consistency in Chinese liquor can be reduced.
