黑龙江省甜菜糖业产品结构调整战略研究

摘要 本文在大量调研工作的基础上,正确分析了国内外糖业现状,新技术、新产品的发展趋势,影响我国食糖消费的主要因素,指出了我国糖品市场,特别是多样化、深加工糖品市场仍将有巨大的需求潜力,提出了把调整产品结构作为振兴黑龙江省糖业的主体战略的观点。而且提出了一套较为完整、系统的调整糖业产品结构的战略思想,论述了调整产品结构的具体方向与措施,对各类产品的品种、主要工艺路线做了阐述,对它的生产成本、用途和市场需求做了基本估计。最后,文章从合理调整糖业布局、优化资源配置出发,对省内外各大型糖厂应抓紧开发上马的项目提出建议,对应该给予的倾斜政策和管理体制改革措施也提出了一些新的设想。 Based on a vast amount of investigation and study, this study analyzes the present sistuation of sugar industry in the world, trend about new technology and new products and essential elements that fluences consume of sugar in China, and points out that China sugar market has great potentialifies, especially in deep procesings indestries.The study also raise a point of view that adjusting product structure is main strategy of developing Heilongjiang Province sugar industry, and further more, proposes a series of strategic idea of adjusting sugar industrial products structure, and niscusses defail frend and measure, and suggests a rariety of products and essential technologies, and estimates their cost and market.At last, froma point of adjusting rational distribution of sugar industry and optimazing disposition of resourles, the study suggests some projects that the large sugar plants of the province showed start, and give some tentative ideas on refrom measure to administration meachanism
