摘要
本文研究了淀粉微球的合成、性质及载药,微球的平均粒径为10μm,以磷酸氯喹为模型用包埋法载药,证明淀粉微球是一类无毒、可靠、有效的药物载体,是微球剂中的一种新型式。
In this paper it has been studied that the synthcsis the properties and the carrying drugs of starch microsphercs.The average diameter
is about 10μm,Using chloroquine phosphate as drug model andentr-apping it into starch microspheres, we found that starch microsphe-res, arc nopoisonous, reliable and cfficent carryer, newer members in microsphere family.
