摘要
报道了用分步合成法制备超导体 Y_(0.8)Gd_(0.2)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-y),研究其超导性能和微观结构.结果发现,体系的超导转变宽度较窄,XRD 中(00l)峰随烧结温升高而增强,且在较低温度下即可合成质量较好的超导体.
The(YGd)Ba_2Cu_3O_(7-y) superconductors,which are prepared by the two-step synthe- sis method,have been investigated,The results indicate that the transition width of the superconductor is very narrow and that(001)peaks are strengthened as the sintering tem- perature increases.The good superconductor can be fabricated at low temperature.
