摘要
报道了五种豆科植物的染色体数目及核型,结果如下:苦马豆(Swainsonia salsula Taub.)的核型公式为2n=2x=16=2m+8sm+6st;野小豆(Phaseolus minimus Roxb.)为2n=2x=22=18m+4sm;总状花序山蚂蝗(Desmodium spicatum Rehd.)为2n=2x=22=12m(2SAT)+10sm;圆菱叶山蚂蝗(Desmodium podocarpum DC.)为2n=2x=22=16m+6sm;狼牙刺(Sophora viciifolia Hance)为2n=2x=18=10m+8sm。五种植物的染色体数目均为首次报道。
Chromosme numbers and karyotype of five species of Leguminosae of China are reported. Karyotype formula of Swainsonia salsula Taub. is found to have 2n=2x=16=2m+8sm+6st; Phaseolus minimus Roxb, 2n=2x=22=18m+4sm; Desmodium spicatum Rehd, 2n=2x=22= 12m(2SAT)+10sm; D. podocarpum DC, 2n=2x=22=16m+6sm; Soophora viciifolia Hance, 2n=2x=18=10m+8sm. The chromosome numbers of five specide are all reported for the first time.
