摘要
提出了光学微分的新方法,离焦像与准确像之间得到二阶光学微分,并分别对强度微分及振幅微分作了讨论。
A new method for optical differentiation is proposed. The differences between defocusing image and accurate image yields second order optical differen, tiation and amplitude and intensity differentiation are disussed seperately.
