摘要
研究了Li—Zn—Cu铁氧体的磁性及铁磁共振效应。实验结果表明,样品的晶格常数随Cu代换量增加而线性增加.样品的饱和磁化强度在500mT左右;居里温度θ_f=710K,增加代换量和提高烧结温度可降低铁磁共振线宽,共振线宽在测量频率为5GHz以上与频率呈线性关系.
The magnetic porperties and effect of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) of Li—Zn—Cu ferrite are studies. It is concluded that lattic constant of samples will be improved with amount of Cu substitution. The saturabion magnetization is about 500mT. The Curie temperature is 710K. The improvement of amount of Cu substitution and the sintered temperture will reduce the FMR length. FMR length will improve linely with measurde frequence while meatured freguence is high 5GHz.
