摘要
采用高速摄影机、多功能运动遥测仪同步测试短跑运动员疾跑,探讨了疾跑过程中股后肌群工作的性质.确证在一个复步中股后肌群收缩,存在着退让—等长—克制快速转换的特点.分析了在摆动时相,股后肌群退让收缩力量不足是造成该肌群损伤的主要因素及内部和外部诱因.
