摘要
对KBr:Pb^(2+)、KCl:Pb^(2+)和RbCl:Pb^(2+)单晶中的低频喇曼信号进行了偏振喇曼测量。偏振喇曼数据的BT分析表明,上述单晶中观察到的22,30和28cm^(-1)信号对应的点缺陷同属于C_(3v)点群。据此提出了与这些低频信号对应的X_1^-(Pb^+)色心的结构模型。
Polarized Raman measurement on the low frequency Raman signals in KBr: Pb^(2+), KC1: Pb^(2+) and RbC1: Pb^2 single crystals is performed. BT anaiysis of the polarized Raman data shows that the point defects coresponding to the 22、30、28cm^(-1) signals belong to a point group C_(3v). Based on this result, a model for the structure of X_i^- (Pb^+) center responsible for the low frequency modes is proposed.
