测井实时控制专家系统

摘要 论述了专家系统在实时控制与模糊评判方面的应用.实时专家系统由元级控制和目标级控制组成.元级控制采用模糊知识,模糊推理及不精确推理完成模糊决策.模糊评判及对目标级控制的监控;目标级控制采用产生式规则与过程推理完成对信息的实时监控.该系统以友好的人机交互界面为用户提供灵活方便的数据输入/输出窗口.以实时曲线滚动方式显示及以分等级的声光极警窗口为用户提供音频及视频监控信息.此系统可用于实时测井.能完成对声感、双侧向、放射性、地层倾角四个系列测井曲线中有关速度、张力、深度、幅度、幅度变化率、井眼影响等项的实时监控及现场的综合评价.可避免测井事故及重大经济损失. This paper describes some applications of expert system to real-time monitoring and fuzzy evaluation. The real-time expert system consists of two strategies of meta control layer and goal control layer. The first layer uses fuzzy knowledge, fuzzy reasoning and inexact inference to implement fuzzy decision, fuzzy evaluation and goal layer supervision. The second layer uses production rule and progressive reasoning to do real-time monitoring of signal. The system provides the user data I/O window and radio-video information with interface, real-time rolling curves and sound-light alarm window. This system has been used in real-time logging. It can complete the real-time monitor each of the four well logging series: acoustic log and induction log, dual laterolog, radioactivity log, dip log with regard to these items: logging speed, cable tension, depth, amplitude, range and borehole interference, and synthetically evaluate log curves on well site. The system can avoid well logging accident and economic loss, and is becoming an intelligent advisor and safeguard for operating engineer.
