90°弯管流量计的特性

摘要 弯管流量计以其无附加压损、可测脏污介质、结构简单、成本低廉等特点逐渐引起人们的重视.本文介绍了弯管流量计的工作原理.研究结果表明,弯管流量计的精度可达到1.0级,流量系数与弯管的几何尺寸和取压位置有关.每个弯管流量计的流量系数须经过实际标定.测双向流时,正、反向流量系数要分别标定. The elbow flowmeter has some characteristics,such as without additional pressure loss, operational suitability for measuring dirty fluids, simple structure, low cast etc. This paper describes the principle of the elbow flowmeter. The reasearch results showed that the measurement uncertainty of the elbow flowmeter is less than ±1% and the discharge coefficient of the elbowmeter is related to the dimensions of the elbow and the positions of pressure tappings. The discharge coefficient for each elbow flowmeter should be calibrated in practice. For the applications of bidirectional flow measurements, the discharge coefficient for each direction should be calibrated separately.
