摘要
从理论上对赫谢尔-巴尔克莱(Herschel-Bulkley)流体在同心环空内稳定轴向层流流动时流核尺寸及流动压降的计算进行了精确的分析.从现场应用的角度出发,建立了圆柱坐标系中流核尺寸及流动压降的理论计算公式.绘出了利用弦截法和Romberg法计算出的流核数据.为钻井过程中更好地利用赫谢尔-巴尔克莱流变模式描述钻井液流变性能、计算环空层流流动压降及分析岩屑运移规律提供了理论依据.
This paper presents an analytical solution for the plug flow region bounds and pressure drop of steady-state axial laminar flow of incompressible Herschel-Bulkley fluids in the concentric annuli of drilling wells. The accurate models for velocity profile, the bounds of plug flow region and pressure-drop of this flow are developed. Simple working formulas and data table related are also given.
