Parameters of reciprocating pumps under different working conditions are key factors affecting the design, research and analysis of their operating performances. It is important to improve the accuracy of data sampling and processing. This paper presents the design principles of a data sampling and processing system for reciprocating pump with a computer. The main design principles of hardware and software of the system are described. The system is simple for operation.
