一种电化学反应器的理论分析

摘要 对一种新型电化学方法处理含重金属污水的过程进行了理论分析.该过程系将电化学过程、化学沉淀和气浮分离结合起来,以脱除回收污水中的重金属.在理论分析的基础上,导出了反应速率和重金属理论脱除率的计算公式.并将理论分析的预估值与实验实测值作了对比. This paper focuses the attention on a new electrochemical treatment process for removal of heavy metals from waste water. The electrochemical reaction, the chemical precipitation and the flotation were combined for treatment of wastewater. This paper analyzes the rate of the electrochemical process, the theoretical removal efficiency of the heavy metals. Some corresponding prediction equations are developed, and the calculated results are compared with the experimental results. The results of calculation and measurement are in good agreement.
