摘要
提出了一种用微处理器对三向力传感器进行数字处理的数学方法和实用技术。这种方法和技术在解决三向力传感器或多向测力仪的向间干扰和静动态标定问题时,将会起到重要的作用,并可减轻用模拟器件进行补偿的难度。
A mathematical method and practical technology for improving on the characteristic of triaxial forces sensor by computer have been presented. They will play the roles of reducing the cross sensitivities of a triaxial forces sensor and caliberating factors in the transfer matrix. This method and technology can overcome the difficulty in making compensation by analog devices.
