国内外学者近20多年来,关于山羊血液蛋白多态性方面的研究表明,AKP、X—P、NP 和红细胞的细胞色素黄递酶Ⅰ,均有多态性:Hb、Tf 和 Alb 多数学者认为有多态性;Am 和 Es 多数学者认为无多态性;CP、PHI 均无多态性.国内外一些学者利用山羊血液蛋白多态性计算亲缘关系.作亲子鉴定,经济性状的选择,抗病力育种和适应性观测等.

In this paper,the studies over the past 20 years on polymorphism of the protein in the blood of goats are reviewed.It is suggested that the AKP,x—p and Np appear polymorphism.Most authors consider that there are polymorphism in Hb,Tf and AID,and the Am and Es do not Both CP and PHI do not present polymorphism.Some internal and external research workers have taken advantage of the polymorphism of protein in blood of goats for the calculation of consanguineal relationship, parentage fest,selection of economic character and the breeding of disease resistance.
