摘要
根据生物间遣传学的观点,从寄主(小麦品种)与病原物(条锈苗)相互作用的关系。直接利用小麦品种(系)与当年小麦条锈菌群体(菌株)相互作用。同一品种(系)多年用不同菌株进行毒力频率测定,结果表明,目前生产上推广的绵阳系等小麦品种多数在苗期不抗条锈病,毒力频率为42.2~84.7%。条锈菌小种的异变和小麦品种(系)的易变性,是我省条锈病流行和品种抗锈性丧失的重要原因。
According to the principle of inter-biological genetics,the relation of interaction between wheats and epidemic strains (Buccinia striformis f. sp. tritici) was studied, The enteries of tested wheat included current spreadig varieties, some regional test varieties and rust resistant lines in sichuan. The virulence frequency of some oppreading varieties was tested with various islates for many years. The preliminary results showed that most wheat varieties of Sichuan, inclading Mianyang series line, resistance to stripe rust in seedling stage in 198'2~1992.
