摘要
本文介绍永磁无换向器电机采用双单片微机进行无位置检测器起动、变γ角(有效换流超前角)运行的控制问题。文章着重阐述了替代机械位置检测器的端电压检测电路,无位置检测器的起动方式,变γ角及变参数PI调节下的运行控制方法等问题。所提出的起动与运行控制策略在1.5kW钕铁硼永磁样机的实验运行中得到了验证。
In this paper, the control strategy about the starting and the opration with variant angle 7 for a permanent magnet commutatorless motor without position sensor, controlled by double 8-bit single-chip microcomputers, was presented. The emphasis was put on the following: the terminal voltage detecting circuit, which substitutes the mechanical position sensor, the starting method without position sensor, the opration control of varing angle γ and digital PI reguration with variable parameters, and the corresponding configuration of the double-microcomputer control system. The proposed starting and opreation scheme was verified completely by the experimental operation of a 1. 5 kW Nd-Fe-B PM commutatorless motor.
