气缸盖原工艺存在水腔泥芯下沉现象,用大孔出流理论修整浇注系统后,该现象消失,获得了几何尺寸合格的铸件。

There is a trouble caused by the cylinder head water jacket core sunk in original casting technique.For solving this problelm and producing the cylinder heads in accurate size,the large orifice discharge theory were applied for gating system design.
