The Effection of Pouring Time on the Contraction Time and Quantity of Iron Casting

本文分析了浇注时间对胀缩叠加图的影响。结论认为:浇注时间越长,表观收缩越小,后补量越大。从而可以减小补缩冒口的模数和体积。

In this paper,the effect of pouring time on the expansion and contraction of iron casting has been analyzed.The results show that,the longer the pouring times,the smaller the apparent contraction and the longer the feeding of pouring gating system.Thus,the modlules and volumes of risers can be reduced.
