摘要 近年来许多临床报道及实验研究进一步证实针灸可以调整免疫功能,达到扶正固本或治病驱邪的作用。这些资料有的涉及体液免疫,有的与细胞免疫有关。本工作拟就针刺影响细胞免疫中NK细胞活性的作用机理作进一步的研究观察。 Recently, the immunoactivity of human body could be modulated by acupuncture which has been convinced, but the mechanism is still unclear. Here it would be postulated by an acupuncture mediator-enkephalin, which would influence the cellular immunoactivity. In this paper, the experimental rabbits were divided in 2 groups, control and acupuncture. The acupuncture group was treated by electro-acupuncture on 'Naiquan' points bilaterally. After the treatments the contents of the Leu-enkephalin in the centre of the brain (Hippocampus, Caudate Nucleus, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Cortex and Brain Stem etc.) were analyzed. And the contents of the Leu-enkephalin in the peripheral system, such as pituitary gland, adrenal medulla and levels of plasma Leu-enkephalin were also analyzed. The results showed there were an increased levels in caudate nucleus, hippocampus and thalamus. It may be related with the mechanism of analgesia and the modulation of the endocrine. The levels of the Leu-enkephalin in the pituitary was increased, decreased in adrenal medulla, and the level of plasma Leuenkephalin was increased. It was interpreted that the increased level on plasma Leu-enkephalin was caused by the results of synthesis of Leu-enkephaiin in the pituitary, and released in the adrenal medulla, thus the peripheral levels of plasma Leu-enkephalin was increased during after acupuncture. It was also consistence in clinically. Then the author chose different concentrations of Leu-enkephalin (10^(-10), 10^(-8), 10^(-6)mg/ml)incubated with the N.K. cells separately. After incubation the results showed that the N. K. cell immunoactivity was enhanced by the concentrations of Leuenkephalin (10^(-10) -10^(-6) mg/ml) significantly, (p<0.05), and more significant in 10^(-8) - 10^(-6) mg/ml, (p<0.01). These resultc showed the preliminary evidences of the mechanism that the Leueukephalin may play a role as an acupuncture mediator which influences the N. K. cell immunoactivity during acupuncture.
