兔氩激光虹膜切除术后的病理变化

PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES AFTER LASER IRIDECTOMY ON RABBITS

用家兔行激光虹膜切除术,观察术后一过性眼压升高的动态过程及血—房水屏障破坏的超微结构,发现术后出现明显的一过性眼压升高,峰值在半小时内出现,至3小时恢复正常;这种眼压升高主要是由于血—房水屏障的破坏,房水渗出物突然增加所致,并可被术前滴用消炎痛或地塞米松所减轻。

Argon Laser Iridectomy was carried on coloured rabbits, It was obscrvecl the course of transient IOP(Intraocular Pressure) elevation and the changes of ultrastructurc of Blood-aqueous Barricr. It was found that IOP elevation was significant after the operation and reached to maximum in about half an hour, then declined steadily to normal levcl. The IOP elevation was mainly due to the breakdown of Blood-aqueous Barrier which lead to the increase of aqueous phase; which were alleviatod by preoperative topical application of Indomethacin or Dexamethasone.
