摘要
对广州市1985~1989年的3517宗摩托车车祸的流行病学分析显示,车祸发生率和致伤率自1985年以来不断上升,至1986年达到高峰,然后逐年下降。死亡率前3年波动不大,1988~1989年趋于下降。平均在每年的10月份发生车祸及伤亡人员最多。一天中,上午10~11时和下午2~3时是车祸的高峰时间。61.96%的车祸是由于摩托车与其他机动车相撞引起,事故主要原因是驾驶员疏忽大意和违章行驶。摩托车驾驶员伤亡人员的职业分布以司机为主,占37.96%,而在非摩托车驾驶员的伤亡者中则以农民居多,占23.76%。
3517 motorcyele accidents in a 5-year period (1985~1989) were analyzed. The results indicated that both the accident rate and the injury rate were rising from 1985, and to a peak in 1986. Since then, there was a gradual decline. Before 1988 the death rate had not change much, and then showed a slight decrease. The injuries and deaths of the motorcycle accidents were highest in October of each year. The accidents occurred most frequently between 10:00~11:00 a.m. and 2:00~3:00 p.m. of each day. 61.96% of accidents were due to the collision between two motor vehicles. The main causes of accidents were carelessness and violation of traffic regulation. 37.96% of the injures and deaths were the professional motor drivers among motorcyclists. In the non-motorcyclist group, however, nearly a quarter of the injuries and deaths were peasants.
