摘要
对626例人体外周血淋巴细胞作G带染色体分析,检出异常核型90例占14.38％。其中常染色体数目和结构异常29例,性染色体结构和数目异常15例,嵌合体11例,Y染色体大于或等于18号染色体35例。1例已鉴定为世界首报核型。
Karyotypical analysis of 626 cases of genetical counseling was made by G banding techniques. 90 cases showed chromosomal abnormalities (14.38%), among them 55 cases were with chromosomal numeral abnormalities and chromosomal structural abnormalities. 1 new karyotypie abnormality was found not reported previously. The origin of the chromosomal abnormalities and clinical picture was also discussed.
